Erica Cerra's (born 31 October 1979) principal role was as Deputy Jo Lupo, in Eureka on Syfy. Cerra was a British Columbian born of Italian origin who was born in Vancouver. Cerra became interested in acting as early as eight years old. She appeared in a variety of commercials when she first started. Her acting career was not as successful during a period of time. But, in 2001 she returned to the scene at just 22 years old. Vancouver Lifestyles Magazine named her as one of the city's top five rising actresses in the year 2005. Cerra appeared as deputy Jo Lupo on the Syfy television series Eureka that aired between 2006 and 2012. Also in 2006 she starred in the music video of the Michael Buble song Save the Last Dance for Me. Her credits include roles as a lead in a variety of critically and wildly well-known television shows, such as Battlestar Galactica. Cerra was a part of several significant film projects, like Man About Town starring Ben Affleck with Rebecca Romijn and Blade:Trinity starring Wesley Snipes. Cerras face and body were used as the model for the character Ashley Williams in the Mass Effect franchise of video games. Other appearances as a guest star are Smallville The 4400 The Dead Zone Reaper Huff as well as Dead Like Me. On her list of credits include Cold Squad (Canadian police procedural), Special Unit 2 (monster-hunting action series) as well as The Collector, a supernatural thriller. Cerra married Raffaele Fiore in November 2010.
Khondabi noted that she had married Joey Scribner Howard, her love from high school, who works as a mechanical engineer working in the energy sector. Khondabi stated that she along with Joey had the most wonderful friendship at Greenwood Christian School for years before dating in their senior year in high school. Howard the student, who shifted out of Irmo in the state of South Carolina to Dutch Fork High School and finished his studies there, kept in touch with Khondabi. Khondabi and Joey then began dating. Khondabi graduated from Emerald High School in 2007 and from the University of South Carolina in 2011, obtaining a broadcast journalism degree. She also has a minor in the field of Sports and Entertainment Management. Joey is also a graduate of USC. Liam, their pet dog is the only furry member of their family. Khondabi said she as well as Joey are both foodies. One among her favourite foods she has eaten from the comfort of her home is onion rings from Dixie Drive-In. Dixie Drive-In. Khondabi said, "I'm interested. When I was a student in elementary school I was a journalist for educational interviews which were broadcast on the news show at the school. I was also in charge of the daily news headlines of our school. Our news program in Oakland Elementary was called WOAK. Khondabi stated that her first major job as a TV reporter after college. It was at WAGT, situated in Augusta Georgia. Khondabi told me she was on the news for around six years. In the months following Augusta I worked as anchor of WOWK at Charleston West Virginia and then Columbus Ohio.
